Top of the Range Farm

Local, sustainably grown produce.

Top of the Range

Our farm

In 2019, after many years of hard work at Top of the Range, we finally bought a farm.

ompletely off-grid, and organic, our sustainable farm will eventually produce a large portion of the fresh fruit, and vegetables we use in the tea rooms.

Whats the plan?

We're still building some infrastructure such as garden beds, and greenhouses. Plus there are a lot of trees, and plants that need to be put in. But we are hoping that over the next few years we can offer a wider range of produce for our customers both in, and out of the tea rooms.

  • Fresh produce on the menu
By growing our own produce for use in the tea rooms menu, we take control of the quality, and freshness of the food we sell in store. Some of the first things we will be growing is tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, onions... then moving up to farming our own lamb, and beef.

  • Local focus
Victoria (and the world) has gone through a lot in the past few years. By growing our own produce locally, we can help keep money, and jobs in the state. Doing our part to help the local, and state economy.

  • In-store produce
Pick up some fresh veggies, and produce in store while having a coffee.

  • Order online
An easy click-and-collect service to order your fresh produce, and all the other great Top of the Range products.

Sustainability

Our farm is completely off-grid, and powered by solar. We don't even have the grid as a backup! This cut off approach means that our power consumption results in 0% carbon emissions.

Another step in the right direction towards a more sustainable world.

Check out our sustainability page  to see what we're doing to reduce, and remove our carbon footprint.

Employment

Currently there are no positions open at the farm, but keep an eye on our employment page for positions that become available.
